1. Application Procedures
A. The applicant sends application material to CNNIC through fax.
The application material includes:
1) "Application Form for Reserved Internet Keyword"
2) Photo copy of business license.
If the Internet keyword is same with the applicant organization's trade mark, a photo copy of the trade mark registration certificate is required.
B. CNNIC reviews the application
If the application is approved, CNNIC will inform the administration contact person and the registrar of the result by email, and will transfers the Internet keyword to the database of the registrar. The registrar then modifies the registration information in accordance with the application material. If the application is not approved, CNNIC will notify the reason for rejection to the applicant by email. The review period is three (3) working days after receiving the application material.
C. The applicant contacts with the registrar to complete additional changes of the Internet keyword.
