To make the number easy to be memorized, CNNIC set a unified portal number as 1066916076 for all mobile phone users (China Mobile, China Unicom and Personal Phone System). CNNIC reserves the right to inform users any change of the number in advance.
Is there any time limitation for using short message to access wireless keyword?
The system waits for user’s short message query for maximum 30 minutes. If you take no action for 30 minutes after receiving the wireless keyword response, the system will close the access channel. Therefore, you have to resend the internet keyword to the system and input the “column number” again to continue your access.
Is there any limitation for message group sending?
Yes. Please be aware of the following limitation:
1) Normally, a group shall contain not more than 200 numbers;
