To protect the legal rights and interests of the vast domain name holders,regulate domain name registration orders, it is announced hereby by CNNIC that domain name holders shall comply with the following terms to accurately fill in domain name registration information:

1. According to the relevant regulations of "China Internet Domain Name Regulations" and "CNNIC Detailed Implementing Rules for Domain Name Registration", a domain name holder shall submit his/her domain name registration information which is authentic,accurate and complete; domain name registration applicants shall be legally registered organizations and shall be capable of independently taking civil liabilities. Therefore, CNNIC reminds users to comply with relevant administrative provisions when filling in domain name registration information.

2. For those applications that contain inauthentic, inaccurate and incomplete registration information, or be applied by individuals, CNNIC will inform orresponding domain name registrars and domain name holders to correct relevant information according to "China Internet Domain Name Regulations" and "CNNIC Detailed Implementing Rules for Domain Name Registration". If the domain name holder fails to make the correction within 5 working days after receiving the notification, CNNIC will make decision to delete the domain name.
