Party A, as a non-profit management and service organization, reaches the following agreement with party B on Party B's being CNNIC member:

1. Party B becomes the ______ member of CNNIC on a voluntary basis, and abides by the "Temporary Management Regulations of CNNIC Membership" on its own initiative.
2. After being the CNNIC member, party B should pay the corresponding yearly charges in accordance with its level of member. (For details of concrete charges, refer to the attached table).
3. After being the CNNIC member, if party B wants to get the various services and resources provided by the CNNIC, it must provide corresponding requesting materials, in accordance with the requirements given in the management stipulations on various services provided by party A. If party B does not provide, party A has the right to refuse party B's requesting.
4. It is necessary for party B to wait for the verification on its materials made by party A and Asian-Pacific Network Information Center (APNIC) after party B submits the requesting materials.
5. After party A and APNIC pass the verification on the requesting materials of party B, party B will get written notification on the corresponding services and resources got by party B within 5 days.
6. After receiving the notification on resources allocation from party A, party B must make use of the requested resources within three months, otherwise party A has the right to take back the resources allocated to party B, and cancel its corresponding services.
7. When party B uses the resources of IP addresses of party A, it is necessary for party B to make effective use of the addresses, in accordance with the various stipulations of CNNIC. Moreover, it is necessary for party B to report the conditions to allocate the IP addresses to the users each time to the CNNIC , in accordance with the temporary management stipulations on the allocation of CNNIC IP addresses. Otherwise CNNIC has the right to take back the IP addresses of the member.
8. It is necessary for party B to abide by the management stipulations made by party A on various services. If there is any violation, party A has right to treat in accordance with the corresponding treating measures listed in the management stipulations.
9. It is necessary for party B on the voluntary basis to abide by the changes in party A's various policies caused by APNIC's various policies.
10. As for the other matters still not listed, they will be settled on the basis of consultation.
11. The agreement is done in duplicate, with one copy kept by each side.
12. The agreement is implemented since the date of its signature.
