摘要：本文分析了基于Web的网络信息管理的定义以及网络信息管理中的关键技术，针对网络信息管理中的数据存储和信息服务的特点，提出了基于CORBA和LDAP技术的目录服务解决方案，并论述了它在网络信息管理系统中的作用和重要性。最后，在信息管理研究的基础上，给出了目录服务在当前网络发展尤其是电子商务中的应用前景。

Abstract: The definition of Web-based network information management and some key technologies are analyzed in this paper. According to the characteristics of data storage and information service in the system, a CORBA-based directory service solution is put forward, whose function and significance in system are discussed. As a conclusion, based on the research of information management, the future of directory service in network development, especially in E-commerce, is presented.
